Getting to W12 Conferences
W12 Conferences is located within the grounds / directly adjacent to Hammersmith Hospital, 150 Du Cane Road, London W12 0HS. If you have attended one of the Transplant Seminars that are held here during the year, you will already be familiar with the venue.
There are numerous buses that stop outside the hospital: 7, 70, 72, 272, 283 and N7
There is parking available in the hospital car park which is nearby.
